Parts Sales Associate
As a Parts Sales Associate, you're often the first face a customer sees, whether it’s a farmer needing a quick part to keep their day moving or a new client looking for advice. Your job is all about problem-solving, teamwork, and great customer service.
Maybe you’ve worked in Ag before, or maybe you haven’t. If you’re dependable, friendly, and eager to learn, we’re ready to train you. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with a supportive team, and grow your skills in a company that truly values its people.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships by delivering friendly, helpful customer service.
- Research, identify, and provide solutions for customer parts needs.
- Maintain product displays and inventory to support sales goals.
- Assist in all areas of the parts department: counter sales, shipping/receiving, warehouse duties, and deliveries.
Minimum Requirements:
- Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in-person and phone).
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.

The first ever Bourassa Store was located in Radville, Saskatchewan and still remains open. The community of Radville is an active community with over 850 people. The town offers a skating and curling rink, bowling alley, schools, grocery store, and restaurants. Located just 35 minutes from Weyburn.
Weyburn
The Weyburn store has been open for 14 years. The brand new state-of-the-art facility was built in 2013. The community offers all the city amenities with small town vibes; the population is just over 10,000 people. A wonderful community to raise a family.
