Core Responsibilities:
- General upkeep of yard and shop.
- Minor construction/repair work on buildings
- Deliver equipment/parts to customers and technicians as needed.
- Assist service technicians and other departments as required.
- Safely load/unload equipment/freight for customers
- Operate large Agricultural equipment
- Organize equipment display
- Cut grass/move snow and level/maintain yard
- Blowing off and detailing equipment as required
- Deliver equipment/parts/supplies to other stores/customers as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Forklift Operation/Towing experience an asset
- Comfortable operating large equipment or willing to learn
- Strong communications skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively on multiple tasks.
Wage:
- $20-25/hr. Wage depends on qualifications and experience.

Core Duties:
- Load parts from the warehouse and deliver them to the customer location.
- Pick up return parts and cores from customers and bring back to the warehouse.
- Keep record of all pickups and deliveries and record trip information on vehicle log.
- Operate the delivery vehicle safely and responsibly while following all company/provincial regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and communicating in a professional manner with the customer and the warehouse.
- Cleaning/Parts helper duties when not driving.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Manage time effectively by planning the most efficient delivery routes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent

The first ever Bourassa Store was located in Radville, Saskatchewan and still remains open. The community of Radville is an active community with over 850 people. The town offers a skating and curling rink, bowling alley, schools, grocery store, and restaurants. Located just 35 minutes from Weyburn.
