Timeliness... Bourassa's service response time to our issues has been amazing. We have a full fleet of blue and yellow machines and the service crew has touched every one of them. We do a pretty good job on the preventative maintenance stuff ourselves, but when we have issues that are beyond our technical or mechanical training they have been great in providing the tech support we need to get back up and running.

"One time when I was haying and because it was so hot out I was baling all night. My tractor broke down and Doug brought out a tractor at 11:00 at night. He delivered it to my yard and I went back to my yard and got that tractor and went and baled all night. That's the kind of service you get."

"We've had techs show up at 9:00 or 10:00 at night when we're finishing a field and update software in a combine. They'll stay out as long as it takes to make sure it's working when we get back the next day. The nice thing about them is overall, is it's not 8:00 to 5:00. If we're working they're working."
