Donations / Sponsorship Request Form

At E. Bourassa & Sons, we believe in supporting the communities that support our business. This means keeping our donations local and investing back into our communities. As such, we are a proud supporter of a variety of community events, fundraisers, programs, projects, and teams in Assiniboia, Radville, Weyburn, Carlyle, and over 40 other communities across southern Saskatchewan.

For over 100 years, E. Bourassa & Sons’ focus has been: Community, Family, and Youth in Agriculture. Does your event fit within our giving pillars?

Are you located within our region?
Does your organization support or promote agriculture?
Does your organization promote or develop youth in agriculture?
Is your organization working to grow, develop, and/ or maintain your community?
Is your group active in its community? Do you give back?
Is your group actively fundraising on its own?

Please note, we will not support political or religious organizations and affiliated activities. Requests that are primarily for personal gain. Travel expenses for sports and recreation groups. Requests for funds to support operational costs or debt servicing (rent, wages, and utilities).

We do receive an enormous amount of requests for donations and sponsorships, and we try to support as many as we can each year. We will review each request and notify the contact of the donations and sponsorships that we can grant.
